Recently, she has added SeabuckWonders' sea buckthorn oil to her skincare routine. The windchills and severe weather conditions during winter can do a lot of damage to the skin. After enduring the season, your skin can often be left dull and flaky. Created in her own home, Sarah has come up with 3 skincare remedies to help revive it from winter weather.
Sea buckthorn oil contains omegas 3, 6, 7, and 9. Omega-3 is well-known for its skin benefits and can bring the skin back to life after rough treatment. The three remedies shown in this video are easy to make and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. The oil can always be used on its own but with added ingredients like avocado and shea butter you can't go wrong. Bring your skin back to life just in time for spring by giving these recipes a try.
Ingredients:
1 cup of organic shea butter
2 tbsp Seabuck Wonders oil
1 tbsp Calendula oil (or Vitamin E oil)
Directions:
Mix all three ingredients together in a bowl, and apply up to twice a day morning and night on your legs, arms and anywhere that needs extra hydration. This is also great to use on pregnant bellies to prevent stretch marks!
Ingredients:
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and mashed
2 tbsp Seabuck Wonders oil
Directions:
Make sure the avocado is mashed to the point where it gets extra creamy, then mix in the Seabuck Wonders oil. Apply from root to tips and leave on your hair for about 30 minutes. Rinse out with shampoo and condition as usual.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Argan oil
1 tbsp Seabuck Wonders oil
Directions:
Simply mix together the two oils in a bowl, and massage about a pea size worth of serum into your face before bed. You will have leftover serum so store in an airtight container or a travel-sized vile. Use every evening or as desired.
